This policy covers the website worksonfirsttry.com and VideoAI Studio, the internal tool we use to produce and publish videos for our own YouTube channel, @worksonfirsttry.

Visitors of this website

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website, and we do not ask you for personal information. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

VideoAI Studio and YouTube API Services

VideoAI Studio is reached at studio.worksonfirsttry.com. Access to it is protected by Cloudflare Access, which stores a sign-in cookie in the browser of the person signing in; the tool itself sets no other cookies and uses no trackers.

VideoAI Studio uses YouTube API Services. It is not offered to the public: it is only used by the owner of this channel, who signs in with Google and authorizes access to their own YouTube channel. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

With that authorization, VideoAI Studio:

• uploads videos, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails we produced to our channel;
• reads channel and video statistics (views, subscribers, estimated revenue) to show reports to the channel owner.

The data accessed through YouTube API Services is: the channel's ID, name and handle, the IDs and privacy status of the videos we upload, and daily channel statistics (subscribers, views, estimated revenue). The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). All of it is stored on our own server, used only for the purposes above, never sold or shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.

Deleting data and revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked or the channel is removed from VideoAI Studio, we delete the stored tokens immediately and any stored YouTube statistics within 30 days. Requests can also be sent to [email protected].
